Welcome to this weeks blog. Guess what it’s about. anyone…. anyone…… Bueller?…. anyone? Ok I will tell you. It’s all about my weight loss programme launch. Well what a surprise.

Tomorrow I am launching my new weight loss programme All in Good Thyme. For those of you that follow me on Facebook will know that I have been promoting this a lot for the last week.  This programme has been in development for a while and has been getting some good results. varied but good.
