What can NMR Help you with?
Negative Memories, Guilt, Abuse, Trauma, Phobias, Anxiety, Depression and feeling over-reactive. NMR often succeeds in bringing positive change where traditional therapy has not worked.
For some time now I have been seeking a niche. and since going full time with my hypnotherapy business I have been extremely fortunate to see many clients. During the various lockdowns I took the time to improve myself and my business. I continued to study, I continued to research but I also took the time to read over past clients notes and made contact with them to see how they were coping with the current situation. In doing this I discovered that the happiest of all my past clients were the ones that we released negative memories, habits or patterns of behaviours. With this knowledge I decided to focus on NMR Negative Memory Release.
Using a combination of IEMT (Integrated Eye Movement Therapy) Hypnotherapy, and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) I have produced a system that in the majority of cases just 2 sessions are needed which can allow you to remove negative memories that have been holding you back, or perhaps caused a fear or phobia that has dictated your life.
NMR can be carried out face to face or online. So it doesn’t matter where you are based I can help you. Having worked with the police, the military, NHS frontline staff and many clients who didn’t think they would be able to move on. NMR removed the trigger and together we removed the attached emotion.
What is NMR?
Negative Memory Release
Throughout our lives we accumulate memories we’d rather forget. For people who’ve experienced a serious trauma, such as combat experience, domestic violence, or childhood abuse, these memories can be more than unwelcome — they can be debilitating
Some memories have only a few triggers, like particular smells or images, whereas others have so many that they are hard to avoid. For example, someone with a combat-related trauma might be triggered by loud noises, the smell of smoke, closed doors, particular songs, items on the side of the road, and so on
Identify your triggers
Memories are cue-dependent, which means they require a trigger. Your bad memory isn’t constantly in your head; something in your present environment reminds you of your bad experience and triggers the recall process.
Identifying your most common triggers can help you take control of them. When you consciously recognize a trigger, you can practice suppressing the negative association. The more often you suppress this association, the easier it will become. Researchers believe Trusted Source you can also reassociate a trigger with a positive or safe experience, thereby breaking the link between the trigger and the negative memory.
NMR requires just 2 sessions.
(unless very deep rooted where 3 or 4 sessions may be needed)
NMR does not always require trance work and can be a fun and enjoyable experience. No talking over and over again about old issues. Once I have the information needed we get to work straight away. Combining IEMT, Hypnotherapy (if needed) and NLP The release is instant.
